Warranty Policy and Procedures for Paragon Technologies, Inc., Paragon Canada, Paragon Atlantic and Paragon Pacific products used in industrial applications. Paragon Technologies, Inc., Canadian Servo & Electronics, and Paragon Atlantic, hereinafter "Paragon", warrants all products manufactured, remanufactured, or repaired by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal operating conditions and proper application in accordance with the specifications for operation as described by the manufacturer for the period of twelve (12) months in service and no more than twenty four (24) months on-shelf.
