Packaging and Shipment Tracking

We keep our eyes on your product and
believe you should be able to as well.
From the time your item arrives at
any of our locations, until fourteen
days after it is shipped back, you can
check on the status of the item.

At any time you can find out where it
currently is in the facility or how
close it is to being back in your hands.
The tracking system will even tell you
when it arrived and who signed for it.

If the return carrier uses a tracking system, (like FedEx or UPS) we have incorporated their on-line tracking system right into ours for a seamless journey from receipt to re-installation.
