PROCEDURES for Hydraulic Motor Repair:

• All motors completely dissassembled and all internal clearances such as vane to rotor dimensions, piston / cylinder bore clearances, output shaft seal area(s) and distributor valve specifications are inspected prior to quotation.

• Cleaned in a two-part hot dip tank process to remove any old paint, internal varnish deposits, and contamination.

• Radial unit bores are inspected individually for wear and concentricity, then crosshatch honed for superior lubrication retention. All motors are subjected to dynamic and static testing on Paragon’s custom, proprietary dynamometer for rated speed, stall torque and overall efficiency.
